Why do you love the masters program?

No matter where you are in your journey as a stylist and/or extension stylist that there is so much information being shared. Being able to learn so many different ways to troubleshoot different issues you may come across behind the chair as well as in your business creates such a seamless experience for the stylist as well as the guest.

How has masters impacted your career behind the chair?

IBE has been a game changer in offering solutions to my guests whether they have thinning hair, hair that can’t grow past a certain length, autoimmune disease and cancer recovery. Being able to see my guests happy and feeling good about their hair has been the biggest reward for both them as well as myself.
