Why do you love the masters program?

After my certification with IBE® I immediately dove head first into our Masters programs. This was something I had always wanted in my career, but was never available in the industry before. It helped me grow to an insane level of confidence and skill for my clients. The love these educators have in helping our community is unlike anything else.

How has masters impacted your career behind the chair?

Investing in our Masters program allowed me the opportunity to grow into a position to educate fellow stylists, which was always a dream of mine. Not only that, but the skill for my clients and the income that I have been able to make behind the chair has changed my life. I am able to provide for my family with more than I ever thought possible.
