How has masters impacted your career behind the chair?

By taking all four masters programs I have become an extension only stylist. This has allowed me to get in consult appointments in a timely manner, and do more new installs! I have so many fine haired clients in extensions and their lives are changed for the good! Custom color, awesome placements and me super excited to be their doing there hair!
