For years, our digital presence functioned, but it didn’t fully show the entirety of who we had become. Education lived in one corner of the internet. Shopping lived in another. Clients often landed on pages that felt disconnected from the complete story. Even though IBE® has grown into a complete ecosystem, our digital footprint still felt segmented, like pieces of a much larger vision.
But IBE® has never been about a single program or a single product. It has always been a fully integrated system designed to support every part of the hair extension experience. Clients come to us because they want the safest, most comfortable extension method available, one that can actually rehabilitate their natural hair over time. To receive that experience, they need a certified stylist trained specifically in the IBE® method. For stylists to offer that level of care, they need continuous education and mentorship. And for those stylists to deliver consistent, luxury-caliber transformations, they need extension hair created with the method in mind. The truth is simple: everything begins, grows, and ultimately ends within the IBE® ecosystem.

Learn is where stylists enter the IBE® ecosystem and understand exactly how to grow within it. The updated education pathway is designed to give clarity at every stage, from initial certification through advanced mastery. Stylists can see where they are, where they are going, and how mentorship supports them along the way in their app experience. Completion rates for every course are clearly defined and labeled, and there is constant support at every stage. This structure ensures that every stylist is equipped to offer a method that prioritizes scalp safety, long-term hair health, and luxury-level results.
SHOP: A Simplified, Intuitive Shopping Experience
shopIBE® exists because the method demanded hair that didn’t yet exist in the industry due to its quality and standards. When IBE® launched in 2019, the focus was solving a critical problem: methods that caused discomfort, damage, and long-term stress to the hair. Our patented approach changed that. But as stylists mastered the technique, another challenge emerged: extension hair options lacked the quality and consistency required to uphold the method. Color shifted too easily. Wefts crawled. Longevity was unpredictable. The industry standard simply didn’t meet the expectations of the method we had built.
We didn’t set out to launch a hairline. We set out to protect the integrity of the IBE® experience.
That meant working directly with overseas manufacturing partners to develop extension hair with uncompromising standards around cuticle integrity, color stability, minimal processing, and thoughtfully engineered shades. What began as a necessity in 2021 grew into multiple hair lines as demand and education expanded. And by 2025, after evaluating more than 350 SKUs, we refined everything into a single, curated brand: Shop IBE® - a collection shaped by years of stylist feedback and real-world performance data.
Today, shop IBE® offers 37 expertly developed color options in 4 textures and 2 weft line constructions across Asian Straight, Natural Wave, Curly Micro Wefts, European texture, and Hand-Tied Wefts. This assortment was intentionally designed to reflect real hair texture, not force uniformity, giving stylists the creative control they need to deliver seamless, personalized transformations.
Both Asian and European sourced options are available, each selected for its distinct performance advantages, ensuring stylists can choose what best aligns with their artistry and their guest’s needs.
Every detail, from sourcing requirements to proprietary production steps to texture engineering, exists because stylists behind the chair asked for something better. shopIBE® remains stylist-led at its core, committed to creating hair that supports the craft and honors every transformation.
WEAR: A Reimagined Client Experience and Redesigned Stylist Locator
Wear finally gives clients a dedicated home within the IBE® ecosystem. This is where they can learn what makes IBE® different, understand how the method protects the scalp and rehabilitates the hair, and find a certified stylist they trust. Clients will now see and understand the power of IBE®, both immediately and in the longterm. At the center of this experience is the redesigned Stylist Locator, built with a cleaner interface, improved usability, and a long-term vision of evolving into a full booking engine.
The locator is no longer just a map. It is the bridge between clients seeking a safer, healthier extension experience and the stylists trained to deliver it. As the ecosystem grows, Wear will continue to develop more tools that deepen trust, streamline booking, and strengthen stylist-client relationships.
