At IBE®, your success is our priority. That’s why we don’t stop at certification. The Business Academy was designed for newly certified IBE® Stylists to exponentially grow, scale, and elevate their businesses.

NEWLY CERTIFIED STYLISTS

The IBE® Business Academy is complimentary during your two-month Elevate trial. Mentor-led groups begin every two weeks, so you can join right after certification or start with the next session.
After your Elevate trial period ends, an active paid Elevate membership is required to continue accessing the Business Academy.

Each week focuses on the real-world systems that help stylists attract clients, build trust, and create long-term demand.

  • Week 1: Visibility & Online Presence
    Learn how clients find IBE® stylists and how to set up your online presence to support booking. This class covers the IBE® Stylist Locator, Instagram optimization, Google reviews, and responding to inquiries with confidence.

  • Week 2: Photography & Content
    Learn how to capture photos and content that support booking. This class covers simple, repeatable ways to photograph your work and create content that builds trust before a client reaches out.

  • Week 3: Consultations
    This class focuses on asking the right questions, making clear recommendations, setting expectations, and positioning yourself as the expert so decisions and pricing feel easier.

  • Week 4: Extension Longevity & Client Success
    This class focuses on protecting your work long after install day. This class covers products, daily habits, and client education that support extension longevity, smoother maintenance, and stronger referrals.

  • Week 5: Pricing Strategies
    Understand how to price extensions with clarity and confidence. This class breaks down pricing structures, hair markup, and how education impacts your value so you can explain pricing clearly and stand behind it.

  • Week 6: Momentum & Long-Term Growth
    Learn how everything comes together to create a sustainable extension business. This class covers troubleshooting, efficiency, client experience, retention, referrals, and continued education so you can grow without burnout.
