Elevate was built for stylists who are committed to growing their craft, their business, and their connection to the IBE® community. By becoming an Elevate member, you're stepping into a space designed to support you at every stage of your journey, behind the chair and beyond.

Please read through this agreement carefully. It outlines what you can expect from your membership, and what we ask of you in return.

1. What's Included in Your Elevate Membership

As an active Elevate member, you have access to:

• Exclusive education. Monthly content and advanced courses, including The Art of Texture and The Crown Collection
• shopIBE® loyalty perks and member pricing
• Your listing on the IBE® Stylist Locator Map, connecting you directly with clients actively searching for IBE® certified stylists
• Direct connection to mentors, educators, and Elite Artists inside the Elevate app
• A supportive stylist community through the IBE® app 

2. Stylist Locator Responsibilities

Your presence on the IBE® Stylist Locator Map is one of the most valuable perks of your Elevate membership, and keeping it accurate is a shared responsibility. IBE® drives traffic to the Stylist Locator and actively promotes it to clients searching for certified stylists. Your profile is your digital storefront; treat it as such.

By joining Elevate, you agree to:

• Keep your profile accurate and current. Maintain a valid salon address in your shopIBE® profile, as this is required to appear on the map. Keep your bio, photos, and contact information up to date so potential clients receive an accurate and professional representation of your work. If your location or information changes, update your profile promptly.
• Represent IBE® with integrity. When a client finds you through the Stylist Locator and reaches out asking for IBE® extensions, you are expected to deliver the IBE® method as trained and certified. Using your IBE® listing to attract clients and then redirecting them to a different method or product is a bait-and-switch that misrepresents the brand and violates this agreement.

IBE® reserves the right to remove any stylist from the Stylist Locator at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving inaccurate or misleading profile information, bait-and-switch tactics, lapsed Elevate membership, violation of the IBE® User Agreement or Culture Agreement, or conduct that reflects negatively on the IBE® brand. If your listing is removed, you will be notified and given the opportunity to address the issue where applicable.

3. Community Conduct Standards

The IBE® Elevate community is built on mutual respect, encouragement, and a shared commitment to excellence. Whether you're engaging in the app, on social media, or in any IBE® affiliated space, the following standards apply.

As an Elevate member, you agree to:

• Lead with kindness. Treat fellow stylists, educators, and IBE® team members with professionalism and respect at all times, online and in person.
• Uplift, don't undermine. Constructive conversation is always welcome. Gossip, negativity, or disparaging comments about fellow IBE® stylists, educators, or the IBE® brand are not.
• Protect the integrity of the method. You agree not to misrepresent, alter, or teach the IBE® method in any unauthorized capacity.
• Honor the community spaces. App forums, group chats, and community threads are shared spaces. Keep content relevant, appropriate, and brand-aligned.
• Respect intellectual property. IBE® educational materials, branding, and content are proprietary. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, or repurposed without written permission.
• Stay true to the method. Actively educating for a competing extension method or launching your own extension method or education platform is incompatible with Elevate membership. If you choose to pursue either, you will be removed from the Elevate program. If you have questions about what this includes, please reach out to us at support@invisiblebeadextensions.com before moving forward.

IBE® reserves the right to review conduct that is brought to our attention and to take appropriate action, up to and including suspension or termination of Elevate membership, for violations of these standards.

4. Membership Terms

Eligibility Elevate membership is available to IBE® Certified Stylists, Master Stylists, and Elite Artists in good standing.

Access Membership benefits are active as long as your subscription is current. Lapsed or cancelled memberships will result in removal of Elevate access, including your Stylist Locator listing.

Cancellation You may cancel your Elevate membership at any time by contacting support@invisiblebeadextensions.com. Access will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.

Reinstatement If you'd like to rejoin Elevate after cancelling, you can reactivate your membership by logging into your shopIBE® account and selecting "Activate Elevate," or by reaching out to our support team.

By activating or continuing your Elevate membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

Being listed on the IBE® Stylist Locator as a Certified Salon is a meaningful distinction. It tells clients in your area that your salon is home to a team of IBE® trained and certified stylists and that they can trust the experience they'll receive when they walk through your door.

This agreement outlines what's required to maintain your salon's listing and what we ask of you and your team in return.

1. What Your Salon Listing Includes

As an IBE® Certified Salon listed on the Stylist Locator, your salon receives:

• A gold star pin on the IBE® Stylist Locator Map, making your salon easily identifiable to clients actively searching for IBE® services in your area
• A salon profile displaying your name, address, and location so clients can find and contact you directly
• Access to the Salon Owner Community inside the IBE® app, where you can connect with other salon owners, share best practices, and discuss marketing, commissions, and growth strategies
• A 20% certification discount for any additional stylists in your salon who wish to become IBE® certified

2. Requirements to Maintain Your Listing

Your salon's listing on the Stylist Locator is contingent on meeting the following requirements at all times:

Minimum of four IBE® certified stylists on staff. Your salon must have at least four actively certified IBE® stylists to qualify for and maintain a Certified Salon listing. If your certified stylist count drops below four for any reason, please notify us at support@invisiblebeadextensions.com so we can discuss next steps.

Salon must remain in good standing with IBE®. This means maintaining accurate profile information, honoring the IBE® method across your team, and operating in a way that reflects the standards of the IBE® brand.

3. Conduct Standards for Your Salon

Your salon listing represents not just your business; it represents the IBE® brand to every client who finds you through the map. As a Certified Salon, you are responsible for ensuring that your team upholds the following standards.

• Deliver the IBE® method. When a client contacts your salon through the Stylist Locator requesting IBE® extensions, they must be served using the IBE® method, as trained and certified. Attracting clients through your IBE® listing and then redirecting them to a different method or product is a bait-and-switch that misrepresents the brand and violates this agreement.
• Uphold the IBE® User Agreement and Culture Agreement. All certified stylists working in your salon are individually bound by the IBE® User Agreement and Culture Agreement. As the salon owner, you are responsible for being aware of your team's conduct and ensuring it remains aligned with IBE® standards.
• Represent IBE® with professionalism and integrity. Your salon's presence online, in person, and on the map is a reflection of the IBE® brand. Conduct that is inconsistent with IBE® values, including disparaging IBE®, its method, or its community, is grounds for removal from the Stylist Locator.

4. IBE®'s Right to Remove a Salon Listing

IBE® reserves the right to remove any salon from the Stylist Locator at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Certified stylist count falling below the minimum of four
• Inaccurate or misleading profile information
• Bait-and-switch tactics
• Violation of the IBE® User Agreement or Culture Agreement by the salon owner or any stylist on staff
• Conduct by the salon owner or team members that reflects negatively on the IBE® brand

If your salon is flagged for removal, the salon owner will be notified directly and given the opportunity to address the issue where applicable. IBE® reserves the right to make a final determination on reinstatement on a case-by-case basis.

The Elite Artist designation recognizes stylists who demonstrate a high level of commitment to the IBE® method, the community, and a continued standard of excellence within the industry. Reaching this level reflects dedication, consistency, and professionalism, along with a level of trust and recognition that we do not take lightly.

This designation carries both recognition and responsibility. It's important to understand that while your education and certifications are yours to keep, the Elite Artist title itself is a privilege earned through demonstrated excellence and maintained through continued alignment with IBE® values and standards.

1. Eligibility Confirmation

To be eligible for the Elite Artist designation, you must:

• Currently hold the title of IBE® Master Technician
• Have completed all four IBE® Masters Courses
• Be in good standing with IBE® and uphold the IBE® User Agreement

2. The IBE® Culture Agreement

As an IBE® Elite Artist, you agree to uphold the following:

• Represent the brand with excellence. Your work, platforms, and presence, online and in person, reflect the highest standard of IBE® education. Your overall impact across all channels will be considered in relation to this designation.
• Protect the integrity of the IBE® method. You agree not to alter, misrepresent, or teach the IBE® method in any unauthorized capacity. The method must be practiced and represented exactly as certified.
• Do not launch a competing method or education platform. If you choose to create your own extension method or education platform, your Elite Artist designation may be revoked. This does not affect your certifications, which remain yours, but reflects the expectation of continued alignment with IBE®.
• Lead with professionalism and integrity. Conduct that harms the IBE® community or brand, including slander or libel, disparaging IBE® stylists or educators, or bait-and-switch practices related to the Stylist Locator, may result in revocation of this designation.

3. Standards and Designation Review

IBE® maintains the integrity of the Elite Artist designation to ensure it continues to reflect the highest level of professionalism, alignment, and representation of the IBE® method and community. For this reason, the designation may be reviewed and adjusted in cases where there is a misalignment with IBE® standards, values, or agreements. If a designation is reviewed, the stylist will be notified directly and given the opportunity to respond where appropriate.

4. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By accepting or continuing the IBE® Elite Artist designation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. Failure to comply with these terms may result in revocation of the Elite Artist designation and may lead to further consequences as outlined in the IBE® User Agreement.

IBE® reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Continued participation as an Elite Artist constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
