Refund policy

IBE® STORE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 calendar days to return any unopened item from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note, this means that hair must be attached to the cardboard backing at the base and in the plastic sleeve to qualify for a return. Hand tied wefts must still be bundled with the original elastic tie and tag.

To begin the process of an unopened return, please visit our Return/Exchange Center to submit your request. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for an unopened return, all return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Return requests are automated via our Shopify store. You will receive an email confirmation with the address to mail the return back to via a carrier of your choice.  If we receive a product that has not been authorized through this process, we will not issue a refund. Please do not fold the packaging, and make sure to ship back hair in the same box you received it in, to retain its natural shape.

Once we receive your item back to our facility, it takes up to 2 business days to process. We will inspect the returned item and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will initiate a refund to your payment card/original method of payment. The refund can take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank.

Even with an extremely high quality satisfaction rate, we know things happen when you are dealing with human hair products. That’s why we offer a three (3) month hassle free warranty against factory defects. Your three (3) month warranty period begins the date your hair was ordered.

When filing a claim under our Human Hair Warranty, the hair will undergo an inspection process; however, regardless of that outcome, the stylist will receive a full or pro-rated credit to apply to new replacement hair.

To begin the process of an exchange within your 3-month window, please visit our Return/Exchange Center to submit your request.

Customers have two options when submitting a claim under the Human Hair Warranty:

Option 1: If the customer requires an immediate replacement, they can request to order and pay for the replacement hair at the same time they submit the warranty claim. Once the “claimed hair” is received back, a full or prorated credit will be refunded to the customer card. IBE® will cover the cost of ground shipping on the replacement hair.
Option 2: The customer can submit a claim and request to return the hair. Once the claim is approved, and IBE® receives the hair, a full or prorated credit will be applied onto their account to repurchase replacement hair.


*Please note there are also no refunds/exchanges given for any normal color fading, or hand tied weft ends that become untied or unraveled.

As a best practice:

• Wash hair extensions prior to first use
• Avoid excessive or prolonged heat exposure
• Use heated styling tools only in well-ventilated areas
• Follow professional care instructions at all times

Hair extensions, like many consumer products, may be exposed to environmental or processing-related trace elements through the global supply chain. Proper washing, ventilation, and heat management are recommended to support optimal use.
