What does shipping protection provide?
When you check out of the IBE® store you have the option to purchase shipping protection. If you purchase shipping protection and your package is lost or stolen, your shipping protection will allow IBE® to ship you a new order or refund you.
Should I ship to my salon or home address?
We recommend shipping to your home address. We have noticed items not arriving on time, getting lost or stolen delivered to the salon address. Please note: some mailing companies do not deliver on weekends to businesses.
What happens when my package lost, stolen or does not arrive on time?
Packages do get delayed sometimes. If your package has not arrived on time, please check the tracking info emailed to you. You may also contact the shipping carrier to gather more information. Sometimes carriers mark that a package has been delivered but it shows up a day after. If you have purchased shipping protection, please notify support@invisiblebeadextensions.com and we will help you track or replace the order at this point.
Something is not right with my order…
If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately at support@invisiblebeadextensions.com with the order number and faulty or incorrect item information. We will send you the correct item with a prepaid shipping label to send back the wrong item.
Where can I find restock information on products and hair?
We alert everyone of product restock information through Instagram and also inside the IBE® app. Boost members are alerted of hair restocks 24 hours before we post those restocks to Instagram.
Can I make a return or exchange of IBE® products or tools?
All returns or exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of your purchase date. All returns or exchanges must be unused and in new condition.

Can I return hair?
All returns or exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of your purchase date. All returns or exchanges must be unused and in new condition. Due to federal regulations, once any ties have been cut, removed or altered from any original bundling of hair, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 1 p.m. MST will be packed and shipped within 2 business days. Excluding weekends and Holidays.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes, we offer overnight shipping. All overnight orders placed before 1 p.m. MST will be shipped out that day. Excluding weekends and Holidays.
