Masters Bootcamp Classes
These hands-on, in-person bootcamp classes are exclusively for IBE® stylists who have taken our Masters programs. The Color and Cutting Bootcamp is a combined full-day session, while the Tech Intensive and Business Bootcamps are stand-alone classes. Spend the day with our Master Educators, honing your skills and putting your Masters training into action at the IBE® Education Center.

*As long as you’ve taken either the Masters Color or Cutting course, you’re eligible to attend that combined Bootcamp class.

Technique Intensive
Dates
The day begins with a Live Demo by our Masters Technique Mentor Sydney Bowman, directed by Jasmine Hadjis and Renee McNally.
This demo allows you to closely observe all the details of an IBE® install, including aspects like bone structure, scalp elasticity, and density.
All stylists will then pair up with fellow classmates for immersive hands-on technique work, installing and receiving a full row. This hands-on practice, combined with help from your educators, offers feedback and troubleshooting on real-life situations we encounter with clients. This is a unique offering at IBE® to not only fully install a row, but get a row installed while receiving peer feedback.
This day is full of education, pushing your limits to the next level, and celebrating your victories.
Business

Get ready to have your business unlocked to another level with Tori Johnston.
Start the day off with an overview of every single Masters Business class by dialing in your target market! The importance of how you curate your social media and websites will be shared by partnering with your fellow stylists.
Understand the importance of being a true leader in your salon and become confident to know when it’s time to grow and scale.
Color and Cutting
Dates
Join Renee McNally and Cassadi Currier for the day in this immersive, hands-on class.
Begin the day with Renee, where you’ll enhance your understanding of advanced blending techniques and master the skills to create any haircut your client desires. You’ll be challenged, ensuring you leave with confidence and a newfound passion for cutting.
After lunch, join Cassadi for a color session focused on fully customizing a row of IBE® on head. You’ll learn techniques to seamlessly blend extensions and add highlights, creating a cohesive, dimensional look for your clients.
Come with an open mind to expand on all the concepts you’ve learned in Masters.
