IBE® EDUCATION CENTER TRAINING
Technique Intensive
The day begins with a Live Demo by our Masters Technique Mentor Jenn Calloway, directed by Renee McNally and Jasmine Hadjis. This demo allows you to closely observe all the details of an IBE® install, including aspects like bone structure, scalp elasticity, and density.
All stylists will then pair up with fellow classmates for immersive hands-on technique work, installing and receiving a full row. This hands-on practice, combined with help from your educators, offers feedback and troubleshooting on real-life situations we encounter with clients. This is a unique offering at IBE® to not only fully install a row, but get a row installed while receiving peer feedback.
