This class builds on the foundational principles taught in your IBE®Certification, taking your skills to the next level.Your day will start with a full demonstration on a live model, giving you an up-close look at the details of an IBE®install.

Following the demo, you’ll get hands-on practice by working on a mini row with fellow stylists. With guidance from our educators, you’ll receive feedback on real-life client scenarios to fine-tune your technique.

We'll also watch a live demonstration on color customization, learning how to color wefts off-the-head to create personalized looks for your clients. We'll then have a bonus haircut demonstration, where you'll learn tips and techniques for seamlessly blending extensions. The day concludes with a roadmap for your continued growth, outlining the next steps in your IBE® journey and helping you navigate the education and opportunities available as you continue to grow.
