While online courses provide flexibility and foundational knowledge, there’s nothing quite like the experience of working directly with expert mentors in a live setting. The IBE® In-Person Education Program allows you to refine your skills, ask questions in real-time, and receive immediate feedback—all of which are crucial to mastering the art of extensions.

Online vs. In-Person Classes: Rounding out your online continuing education with in-person training provides a comprehensive learning experience. Working hand-in-hand with your mentor, you’ll gain deeper insights and practical skills that will set you apart from the competition.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

You must be IBE®certified to attend any in-person classes at the IBE® Education Center.Beyond Certificationis a 1 day class available to any IBE®Certified stylist. This is included in your certification if you attend within 1 year of certification.

Technique Intensiveis a 1-day, in-person class open to all IBE® Certified Stylists. This hands-on training is focused entirely on refining and elevating your technique.

Stylists will receive an in-depth demo followed by the opportunity to install a full row with live, real-time feedback. It’s a full day dedicated to breaking down all the nitty gritty of the IBE® method—perfect for anyone looking to sharpen their skills and gain next-level confidence behind the chair.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF IN-PERSON CLASSES?

In-person classes provide a hands-on learning experience that allows you to practice techniques under the guidance of a mentor, ask questions, and receive instant feedback. This can accelerate your learning and boost your confidence.

CAN I COMBINE ONLINE LEARNING WITH IN-PERSON CLASSES?

Absolutely! We encourage stylists to complement their online continuing education with our in-person training sessions. This combination ensures you receive a well-rounded education, allowing you to master both the theoretical and practical aspects of IBE® techniques.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE IN-PERSON CLASSES?

You’ll receive a detailed list of recommended tools and materials upon registration. Be sure to bring your enthusiasm and readiness to learn!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your spot will be reserved once you have enrolled in a course. We understand that there are situations that may come up where you will need to cancel. In those cases, you have 2 weeks before class to let us know via email at support@invisiblebeadextensions.com. You will have a one-time class change allowed with no additional cost. If you do not show up for a class and still want to attend then you will be charged full price.

REFUND POLICY

IBE® does not offer any refunds for In-Person Training.

In the event that you no show for class you will be charged $50.
